Home is quiet and isolated yet only 10 minutes from town. All spaces are modern, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well-stocked, and the flat-top stove was a real bonus.

This was a fabulous and lovely home with a great configuration, views of sunrise and sunset, and access to nearby nature and history. It is a peaceful, rural location with plenty of space for our multi-generational family. We all would stay there again!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever rented. It was certainly the cleanest and most dust free rental we have ever stayed in. The work and craftmanship involved in the conversion from warehouse to residence was top notch. The metal work that was done with the tables, outdoor fireplace, paper towel holders, towel holders, etc. were true works of art!The view of Sleeping Ute Mountain was a great backdrop for the entire stay. The location was an ideal base for trips to numerous sights in the 4 corners area. I don't usually give 5 stars for everything but this was certainly a 5 star location. We'd love to return!

The place was amazing! Looks like many of the pinto bean processing facilities in the area from the outside but inside is a wonderful home. It was certainly overkill for just 2 people but my wife and I loved the place. The craftsmanship in the conversation was top notch, no corners cut. A lot of attention was paid to the little details in the finish work. The handcrafted metal work through out the place was done by a true metal artist- paper towel holders, towel holders, an inside and outside table, signs, an outdoor fireplace!!! Incredible work!The view of Sleeping Ute Mountain and the surrounding fields were beautiful. We sat outside every night and watched stars and meteors. We happened to be there during the Perseid meteor shower. The place is well situated for a base to visit many places in the 4 corners area. We loved it!
