Very helpful and friendly staff on reception who spoke good English (thankfully!) There was a problem with our room (slight leak) but the whole issue was handled very well and all the staff (including maintenance) couldn’t have been more apologetic or helpful. How a problem is handled makes all the difference to your opinion of a place. Lovely hotel, very convenient as very close to the bus station yet handy for getting to the old town, beach etc Nice, spacious, clean, quiet triple room

It was very hot and the ac didn’t work in my room where the temperature was 30 degrees c!!!!!!
