Very friendly family staff. Room with A/C was very comfortable once it was turned on. Restaurant / lounge area very comfortable. Family dinner was great. Free bike rentals. Location away from the busy areas of Mai Chau (i.e. no mini-buses constantly going by).
Shared showers / bathrooms for most rooms that require you to step outside and walk through the open. Location slightly away from central areas but very easy to get to by bike. No real big complaints!

The best place we have stayed in vietnam! A beautiful view from the room, amazing breakfast and great food. Big portions. The staff was friendly and helpful. 15min walk in to town, or you can borrow a free bike and ride in about 5 mins. Great location for walks bike and scooter rides. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It was very clean. Highly recommend . We even extended extra nights it was so good. The most peaceful place I have ever stayed

Clean & comfortable room, helpful owner. The owner can help you find transport to your next destination at a good price. Also, they can arrange laundry service. There are bicycles for use without charge.

A wonderful place to stay- everyone was very welcoming, with a relaxed and homely feel to the place. The room was modern and comfortable, with a big window looking out on the amazing view. The omelette breakfast was delicious, and having water and soft drinks for sale at reception was super handy. I enjoyed my stay so much, I extended it- a perfect base to borrow one of the free bicycles and explore the valley!
I spotted the occasional bug in the bathroom, but that is expected when staying in the countryside.
