Great location, close to shops and the excellent Three Sisters cafe. From the upstairs dining room there are beautiful views of the mountains and rice fields. Lovely, friendly staff. Unlimited drinking water was sustainably provided. At this price, a fridge in the room was a real bonus. However, I'd never stay again - see.negatives.

The facade of my room was nearly 2/3.glass (see photo), so I felt exposed with little privacy. The pool was very dirty and the breakfast/courtyard area was messy and dirty. Free breakfast didn't include tea or coffee which i think is just plain stingy. I booked a tour with the family and was told it included a viewpoint, a waterfall and kayaking from a floating cafe. However, at the cafe i was told there was an extra 300,000 vnd fee for kayaking. The toiletries were packaged very unsustainably.

The staff were really accommodating staff were really friendly. Bikes were available on site at a very minimal cost Rooms were great

I found the shampoo/shower sachets hard to open.

Die Frauen waren nett, aber die Männer absolut nicht. Verständigung wie.leider oft nur mit Google Übersetzer. Aber der hammer kam zum Schluss. Ich habe Bei Anreise sofort bezahlt, wie ich es immer tue . Habe meinen Rucksack für 1 Tag da gelassen um in den nationalpark. Als ich ihm holte, verfolgte mich der Besitzer mit dem scooter und behauptete ich hätte nicht bezahlt. Aber ich bin mir hundert Prozent sicher. Er verlangte das ich nochmal zahle, was ich nicht tat. Dann meinte er plötzlich ok aber das Fahrrad für einen tag, hätte ich nicht bezahlt aber dies entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Ich weiß nicht ob es böse Absicht war oder einfach nur Dummheit . Aber so was geht gar nicht
