Ocean view condo in one of Kona's most popular vacation rental complexes. Light and bright condo on the 2nd floor with an assigned parking. Alii Villas has a solar heated pool, BBQ and picnic lanai, and oceanfront seating for those famous Kona Sunsets.
Fully equipped condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We even stock most soap and paper goods. Great ocean breezes and west facing lanai area. Free WiFi and digital cable TV. NOTE there is no air conditioning in this unit.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between them and and property manager to be confirmed.
Alii Villas is located about 1.5 miles south of Kailua Pier.

Alii property is kept up well, easy parking, easy to navigate, great location on the ocean and great sunsets! Individual condo was also well furnished and comfortable.

impressed me for the little detailscoffee as we arrived lateevery day things like coffee filters paper towels garbage bags dish soap hand soap beach chairs ...we both liked to hear the sound of the crashing waves so close
