Had an issue with the ac on the main level of the house the first night but maintance showed up the next and fixed what needed to be fix. The property could def be updated just to match current trends but not a big deal.

Property itself was great, plenty of room! Elevator broke while there. They need to update furniture and kitchen wear. Pool was super nice and clean!

The positives: close to uncrowded beach, private pool, large roomy house w/all en-suite rooms, allows dogs which many places dont.
The negatives: old really worn decor (think 1980’s) tiny 20 inch TV’s, no cleaning products, they don’t move furniture to clean, roaches the size of small cigars, worn beat up furniture, deck in really bad shape with rusty nails (tetanus shot anyone?), broken deck chairs, small refrigerator relative to size of house.
Verdict: There was a reason it was the last available house. It’s not worth the summer markup. I would definitely not stay here again. The owners need to invest in this property with modest upgrades
