HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to “Ocean Breeze”, a luxurious 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom oceanfront home located in Garden City. Come prepared to cook meals in this large, well-equipped kitchen with great pantry space, a 6-burner gas stove, and two dishwashers. The kitchen also features granite countertops, an island, and a breakfast bar. Off the living area is a wet bar with a mini fridge. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. On the second floor, there is an additional seating area that features a television and sleeper sofa as well as the additional five bedrooms. The large master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the house featuring a king-size bed and spacious walk-in closet. Outside features a large fenced-in backyard with a large pool, hot tub (fee applies) and a Tiki Bar. Both back decks allow great, unobstructed ocean views. Off the first level deck is a private boardwalk to the beach. Other exterior features include but are not limited to, an exterior shower, a seating area at the end of the private boardwalk, and ample parking underneath the home.

The house was beautiful ! It met all of our needs except for the ice maker being moldy and the downstairs pool TV not functioning. WiFi was a problem. We contacted Seastar Saturday after hours and were told that someone would be out Sunday. No one arrived Sunday until we called in a second time. A maintenance technician arrived and informed us that the house has been wifi issues. Monday we stopped in at Seastar early morning requesting wifi to be repaired due to work, baby monitors, ect ! Seastar did not place the work order with the wifi provider until late afternoon! WiFi returned Wednesday morning after several phone calls and an in-person visit.

House was perfect for # of bedrooms and each having it's own bathroom. Was also perfect for our 2 dogs to be able to open the back door and knowing they were completely secured in the property.

Should not have to pay to have a Hot Tub heated or the pool. Then at check in the pool and Hot Tub are not heated. Saw dust was everywhere from contraction on the home.
