PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Internet, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
HOT TUB HEAT AVAILABLE (FEES APPLY)
Built In Hot Tubs at homes advertised with this amenity are available to be heated year-round. We recommend requesting hot tub heat at the time of booking. It must be added at least 72 hours prior to check-in and cannot be added after arrival. Houses that offer a hot tub heat have an additional fee of $600 and must be requested to be added to the reservation. Please request to add on hot tub heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

The location was great and the house was phenomenal!! We had plenty of space for the 24 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and other kitchen items.

Everyone was very impressed with the home, pool and Jacuzzi. It was in great condition. The check in process was a bit disappointing. We were there before 4:30 and could not get in despite that the cleaning had been finished and no one was around. Because it was a Sunday I could not communicate with the rental agent. The cleaning was probably done on Saturday and the rental agent said that if they were done early they would let us know. which they did not. Spending that kind of money there should be some flexibility there.

The rental was all we expected and more. Golf trip with eight guys, and the house was perfect. Comfortable and a great location
