The Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is a renowned property on the shores of Miramar Beach, offering indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. There's a free tram service for when you don't feel like walking to the beach, as well as several walking trails on the property. If you're looking to explore your surroundings, you'll find excellent shopping and dining at Baytowne Wharf two miles north, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets two miles west, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park four miles east.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was amazing. It was just as the description said. The walk to the ocean was not bad at all. The pool was close and so nice. There were other amenities that we enjoyed…putt putt golf, tennis, and there is a shuttle to anywhere on the property. Our entire family enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying at Tops’l. We loved the location and easy walk to the beach. This unit, like the one we stayed in previously, was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Would stay again.
