Villa in first sea line at the marina of Cala d'Or. Villa Ribeiro is a Mediterranean and modern house with several terraces and great views of the marina.
Villa Ribeiro is located on the 1st line at the harbour entrance of Cala Llonga in Cala d'Or and just a few minutes' walk from the exclusive marina with restaurants and shops. The holiday home is ideal for guests who do not necessarily want to be dependent on a car. The beach, shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes' walk away. A tourist tram connects the various districts of Cala D'Or. Cala D'Or is a family-friendly holiday resort with 7 beaches and a wide range of leisure activities. In the large pedestrianised area there are restaurants for every taste and nice shops for shopping. The Vall D'Or golf course, the tranquil Portocolom with its charming natural harbour and the natural beach of Cala Mondragó are just a few minutes away by car.
Villa Ribeiro is a completely renovated, modern holiday home with a pleasant and relaxed ambience. During the renovation, particular attention was paid to sustainability and the house now offers a skilful blend of modern luxury and an environmentally conscious lifestyle.
On the ground floor there is a beautiful living/dining area with views of the harbour and access to the terrace and, via a few steps, to the pool terrace. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobe and terrace. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds.
On the second floor there are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds and en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a terrace.
The house has air conditioning in the living/dining area and in all bedrooms with set operating times. There are a total of 4 en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The house has stairs inside and outside, so special care is required for children and the elderly.
Villa Ribeiro has a fantastic panoramic view of the marina and the boats arriving and departing. Each floor has a terrace. The terrace, which is accessible from the living room, is furnished with modern outdoor lounge furniture and offers spectacular sea views. Sun loungers, parasols and a dining table are available on the pool terrace. When the sun goes down, the glowing pool transforms the garden into an enchanting oasis where palm trees and native plants sway in the breeze. A mobile BBQ grill is also part of the equipment.
Children are welcome, a baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
Pets are not allowed.

On the day of arrival, a €800 deposit will be charged to a credit card to be nominated in advance, which will be refunded after departure following inspection and approval of the house by the property management.
Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible outside the main season.
Cleaning is not included in the price and is charged at € 237.00 per stay. This price includes towel change once a week and final cleaning. For stays of more than 7 nights, €34.00 per extra night will be added to this €237.00. 1 change of bed linen and a light intermediate cleaning is included for stays of 2 weeks.
