Location. Size of room. Good kitchen.
Ramp to entrance was damaged. TV remote faulty. Tea and coffee amenities below standard. Bottom sheet in the bed was not large enough so it did not tuck in properly.

Location was suberb, tour buses were walking distance, plenty of things to do within walking distance, Will stay again for sure
Shower was ok but nearly got burnt a few times the water went really hot for no reason, also a small thing, they only had a large knife to cut up vegeies etc...a smaller one would have been good But overall very happy with my stay, great location comfortable room, great bed and love how I could cook my own meals, good for saving money.😊😊

I liked the location of the property. The bathroom is seperate from the bedroom and more sound proof.
The shower head was leaking and broken, could only use the rain shower head. Bed was uncomfortable, quite hard. The body wash made our skin super dry and yucky. So that definitely needs to be changed, and hopefully a little more sensitive friendly for all guests.
