An exceptional stay that exceeded expectations in every aspect. The service was genuinely warm and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to provide helpful information and ensure a seamless experience.
Despite our late arrival, the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast ingredients and stocked the fridge generously. Even at check-out, they kindly allowed us to take breakfast items to go—an impressive level of care and flexibility.
The room was fully equipped, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable. From the bedroom to the balcony, every space felt thoughtfully designed, functional, and warmly inviting—making it hard not to want to return.
If there’s one downside, it’s simply that our stay was too short. We didn’t have enough time to explore the surrounding ski resort and charming old town—but we’ll definitely be back.

Very well equipped and large appartement in Saas Grund short walk from the bus to Saas fee and the alpin e press. Modern and lovely, staff at the complex are super friendly and helpful

- The apartment looks nice and it is cozy.
- The booking & check-in processes are online and straightforward.
- Even though the breakfast concept (having things in your fridge already and warm stiff delivered ar your door in the morning) is interesting, I don’t think it is practical and it’s somewhat wasteful (we didn’t eat some of the stuff and would’ve liked to be able to pick up only what we needed from a normal buffet breakfast).
