Jody is probably the best host ever. We booked with her October 2025 and she kept in touch with any questions we had all the way through our stay that ended July 1, 2026. Not only is she helpful, but she definitely made our stay spectacular! Clean, comfortable, and perfect for my family. A we will book again to enjoy paradise in the little town of Paradise.

Simply Superior is exactly that... Simply Superior.I traveled to Paradise for the Two Hearted 50K with my Labrador, Sullie, and this cabin quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. The photos don't do it justice. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a little piece of Heaven on Lake Superior.Jody has thought of absolutely everything. I've stayed in many vacation rentals, and this was by far the most thoughtfully equipped—from kitchen essentials to dental floss, life jackets, kayaks, and so many little details that made us feel right at home.The location was perfect for exploring Whitefish Point, Crisp Point Lighthouse, Tahquamenon Falls, and Grand Marais, while still providing the peace and quiet we were looking for. Even Sullie fell in love with the cool weather, shoreline, and Lake Superior.If I had to describe Simply Superior in one word, it would be Peace.Thank you, Jody, for sharing your beautiful little piece of Heaven. I left with wonderful memories, a full heart, and I already know I'll be back.

The house was very clean and comfortable! Even better than the pics and you can’t beat the view. My stay was quiet, relaxing, and a perfect location for all the local sites. The host was friendly and communicative and had great suggestions for activities. I will definitely stay there again if in the area!

This was our first time visiting the U.P. in the winter. I can't even begin to express how lovely everything about our experience at Simply Superior was. Jody is a dream of a host! She thinks of literally everything to spoil her guests. The location of the property is perfect and it was such a joy to come back to the house to prepare meals and watch the snow fall over the lake from a warm cabin. The views from this property are breathtaking! We just couldn't get enough of it! We also had a fantastic time around the fire pit nearly every day. The beds were so comfy, with quality bedding and pillows. The kitchen was very well stocked (more than any other place we've stayed) and we pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked spice drawer. Jody is so attentive and checked in regularly with us to be sure our stay was going well. Her hospitality alone deserves a five-star review!
