INTRODUCTION:
This luxurious 5-bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, 2 story home is large enough to accommodate 12 guests, spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 2,266 square feet of living space. Making it an ideal accommodation choice for a family or group looking for the ultimate Orlando experience. After a full day at the amusement parks come home to relax by the outdoor screen in pool and hot. Inside keep entertained with an Xbox One and a variety of fun classic board games.
THE SPACE:
This welcoming home has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including free high-speed wireless internet access, 2 separate Nest thermostats for upstairs and downstairs, and 8 flat screens, 4K Roku equipped TV's and cable TV with HBO, Showtime, and Starz movie channels. Sure to appease all of your entertainment needs during your vacation.
LIVING ROOM & DINING:
✤ You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the home's beautiful interior living area, boasting all-new upscale furniture and appliances. Watch the sunrise on the back patio by the pool as you have your breakfast and coffee in the outdoor dining area. The living areas are big enough for everyone to gather for meals with a formal dining area, kitchen dining room, and wrap-around kitchen counter bar stools.
BEDROOM:
✤ The bedrooms feature 4 kings and 1 queen-sized beds and are separated far enough apart so that each guest can quietly enjoy their privacy. We have 2 kings, 1 queen and 1 bathroom upstairs while 2 kings and 1.5 bathrooms downstairs. The one bedroom upstairs have full bathroom as well as the master bedroom downstairs has full bathroom.
3 floor to ceiling sliding glass doors offer lots of natural light into the home.
We have exterior cameras for security.

✦ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days.
SPA & POOL HEAT:
✦ Please note that we offer Spa & Pool heating at $60/night for the entire stay. Unfortunately, we do not provide partial-day pool heating. The charge will be $60 multiplied by the number of nights booked.
CLEANLINESS:
✦ You will feel safe knowing the space is clean and abiding all of CDC's sanitizing recommendations. Providing nothing but 5 star cleanliness!

As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and CONFIRM THAT THIS HAS BEEN REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. SECURITY DEPOSIT:
✦ $500 (REFUNDABLE) - It will be returned after no damage is found. We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement is more than the said deposit amount.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED:
✦ All guests must be registered and acknowledged. No more than 12 total guests.
EATING OR DRINKING:
✦ No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
SMOKING:
✦ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. If you need to smoke, please step out back. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
DRUGS:
✦ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!
PARTIES:
✦ If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!
PETS:
✦ Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our property. We are animal lovers ourselves and absolutely adore pets. But sadly, some guests are allergic to animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences.
QUIET HOURS:
✦ Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. The city and HOA have a strict "No Noise" ordinance from 10:00 PM-08:00 AM. Any fines issued for violating the ordinance will be paid for by the guests, and may result in court costs, legal fees and/or jail time. Guests found in violation will be asked to vacate the property and not given a refund, no exceptions.
BARBECUE GRILL:
✦ Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.
CONSUMABLES:
✦ Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests, if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
OTHER:
✦ Please do not re-arrange our furniture. We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to you.
PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 government-imposed travel restrictions may impact your travel plans. Please be sure to check and follow government guidelines for travel in this area.
Lastly, because this is a VRBO community not a hotel, and is also our home when we stay in Davenport, please be respectful of the property, keep it clean before you leave and respect our property and our things. Please also create as much memories as you can and enjoy your stay!

The house was clean and spacious for our party of 8 , beds in every room was very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool the most as per my teenage was entertained with xbox one , neighbor was great as well , not far from restaurants and shopping center . Host was very quick to respond.

Was on a family vacation and the stay at this beautiful home was great, the manager of this home responds back immediately with any questions or concerns you may have, they also checked on us daily of our stay to make sure everything was okay. The kids enjoyed the nice clean pool and the house was super clean and comfortable, definitely would book again here, NO problems at all.

I rented this property over Thanksgiving weekend for my son's 18th birthday. It was a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay! We had a family of 10 and the house was very spacious and accommodating. The hosts were amazing with their communication and response time regarding check-in and check-out! Would definitely rent again!
