Dissapointing romantic gettaway

Next to the castle domain (not in)

Smelly room which is actually a converted garage giving directly on the street, situated next to the guesthouse with the rest of the rooms, which itself is in turn situated outside the castle domain. The whole framing on Booking.com is misleading to justify a higher price tag. I didn’t realise this kind of misleading is still done in 2025

Nice, but with hiccups.

Interesting historical location. Nice lunch. Good breakfast.

The Rose room is located in what looks from the outside a former garage next to the main building. Not very castle like. But the room itself is spacious, new and clean with a huge tv. Our airco however started leaking in the middle of the night, so we had to get some towels and a glass. The rest of the night we slept really well.

A visit to this castle is always very nice! I liked the room, bed, breakfast, location and most of all the friendly and welcoming staff.

Nice stay in a castle

Very nice location. Good atmosphere & friendly staff. Breakfast was good. No buffet but had all I wanted from a breakfast. Nice spacious room with all amenities.

Was a downside you could not really shower in the room I had. Just a very big bath. But the bath itself was very good.

Very nice castle, with B and B rooms, and a brewery / bistro for some nice drinks and food. Inside and terrace. Nice atmosphere. Good breakfast. Car coule be parked just at the side of castle, free of charge, but its also the parking for the sportclubs.

Nice stay in Limbricht

Beautiful location and spacious room, we got a little tour from one of the people who checked us in which was interesting. We did a nice walk in the surroundings as well.

Breakfast is served on a wooden tray with several options so no possibility to choose, a lot of food was left which was a pity. I would have preferred a buffet.

Beautiful stay

Beautiful B&B on the grounds of the castle. A gorgeous site with a rich history. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the room is exceptional. Clean, spacious and very stylish. I'll definitely come back.

Comfortable stay but definitely not a hotel experience.

The hospitality and breakfast was very generous. People are generally friendly.

We booked to stay in the castle but when we got there, were allocated to stay in the Boswachter's house. The house does not have the same luxury look and feel of the castle. Rather something out of the 1970's that wasn't properly cleaned prior to our arrival and could use some love. Not all the windows had curtains. It was quite drafty in the house too. The stay was comfortable enough but not at all what was expected when I booked the stay in the hotel.

Spectacular place to stay

This place is truly gorgeous. It's nice for a staycation as well as for just having a meal at the amazing restaurant they have in the castle. Would love to come here again. The stay was fab. They even offered a complementary drink

Just a quick over night stay for business. the beds were ok but the problem was the fitted sheet - ouch!!

Sleeping in such an old castle! The room was very clean and the breakfast and mini bar were very impressive! The bath tub was also amazing!

The bottom sheets were like sleeping on sandpaper, the two green chairs were extremely uncomfortable, the room was painted too dark and the curtains were broken or not big enough to keep the light out.

Must visit! Our best staying ever!

It was a fairy-tale! Perfect stylish room with air-conditioning and a big screen (projector) on all wall. The bath is just in the room, what looks perfect for romantic evening. Very tasty food in the restaurant and very big and tasty breakfast. It was very quiet. Parking is free and there are a lot of places.

Parking is not so close, but you are in the real castle! It worth it! Maybe the only thing was that there were two beds (boxspringbed), not a single bed, but still it was very comfortable.

- comfortable beds - very good breakfast - amazing staff - location easy to find and beautiful surroundings - big house - the kitchen is huge! and the backyard is a plus - very nice to have a good time with family/friends

- the holiday home is situated outside the castle - there was a lot of dust in the house - not very clean - the fridge was stinky - the bathroom curtains
