About this house rental
Designed and renovated for the sports' fan in mind. Completely remodeled home sitting on a half acre of land. Used exclusively as short-term rental, this like new home is professionally clean and sanitized after every visit. Located on an half acre of land you have the privacy and social distancing to maybe never see or interact with your neighbors especially from the scenic covered deck overlooking a very large back yard. New kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops with new appliances. A bar height table in breakfast nook with a large dinning room table. Four bedrooms, inclusive of two master suites with sitting areas and 40 inch TV screens. Two fantastic bathrooms, both completely redone and expanded.

This house was perfect for our family to stay in for UA graduation weekend. We played catch ing the backyard. There was plenty of space for cooking and eating for the whole group.

Very well kept property. Plenty of room for our group of 6. The location is great, easy to get to shopping in Northport and very short drive over the river into campus.
