The villa has 2 independent floors, each with 2 large double bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room on the first floor and a kitchenette on the floor below, a private pool, 3 terraces, 1 bbq and 1 outdoor shower. The largest terrace faces the sea, with a 180-degree view of Tavolara Island. The nearest beach is 5 minutes from the house by car (Costa Corallina). The Costa Smerlada is located in the northeast of Sardinia and includes the most beautiful beaches and natural areas in Sardinia.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar und hat alles, was das Herz begehrt: Wunderbare Aussicht, schöner Pool, grosse Terrasse, gepflegte Gartenanlage, sehr gepflegte Räumlichkeiten, Klimaanlage. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

The pool was not usable because not cleaned. We were obligated to drive our garbage around. The person on site was obsolete, instead of checking the house before we arrived, he came after us and went away without saying anything because a call came in. The house and the view were outstanding but someone else should do the rest.
