Enjoy this ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on a scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River with breathtaking views! This first floor condo has a spacious covered patio with a propane BBQ grill and comfortable furniture. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. With direct river access just steps away, you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Rafts is right next door for tube rental and shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our refreshing pool. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.

Our condo is not just a rental, it is our home away from home. It comes fully furnished with TV (with firestick, no cable) in the comfortable living room with free WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with premium sheets and bedding and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds. Guest bathroom is conveniently located near the living room and second bedroom. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. This condo is on the first floor with great views of the Guadalupe River.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

If you want to venture out, visit Schlitterbahn, the World’s Best Waterpark in New Braunfels or spend the day in Gruene, shopping, visiting the wineries or dancing the night away at the infamous Gruene Hall. Natural Bridge Caverns, Wimberly, and the San Marcos Premium Outlets are a short drive away. Canyon Lake is less than 5 minutes away where you can rent boats or jet skis. The whole area is full of small music venues like Whitewater Amphitheater (less Than 5 miles away). Maybe your ideal vacation is all about fly fishing. January and February are prime fishing months here.

Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. We are not allowed to give you more parking passes, if you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
