Enjoy this fabulous newly built ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on a scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River with breathtaking views! This first floor condo has a great patio with a propane Weber BBQ Grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the river and our beautiful canyon view. With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. If you do not bring your own tubes, Rio Guadalupe Resort will shuttle you wherever you would like to go. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door for tube rental and shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.

Our condo is not just a rental, it is our home away from home. It comes fully furnished with TVs in the both bedrooms and in the living room, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with premium sheets and bedding and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two Queen size beds. Guest bathroom is conveniently located near the living room and second bedroom. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The condo sleeps six comfortably. This condo is on the first floor with great views of the Guadalupe River.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio . No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.


**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. We are not allowed to give you more parking passes, if you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. WORD permit #L1364
