Luxury master suite has king bed, smart TV, private fireplace, and HUGE bathroom with large jetted tub, custom walk in shower, private toilet, and double vanity.
Junior master has king bed, smart TV, and lovely views of the forest with a private bath that shares with the upstairs hallway.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are jack and jill with a shared bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen mattress and bedroom 4 has a queen and a bunkbed and trundle, which makes a perfect room for the kids.
DOWNSTAIRS:
Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and smart TV w/ streaming services.
DEN ROOM:
Has a queen sleeper sofa, dry kitchenette, and foosball table, and large 4K TV with streaming services.
BATHROOMS:
4 total bathrooms, 3 upstairs (1 in master, 1 the junior master / hall, and jack and jill full bath with a tub) and 1 conveniently located downstairs.

You are also welcome to enjoy our private outdoor amenities, including the backyard, patio, and the relaxing hot tub. For your convenience, we provide a private entrance, a garage, and a dedicated laundry room. Please note that one small cabinet in the home is locked and remains off limits to guests.
The Neighborhood:
What I love about this neighborhood is it's tucked away but within a 5-10 minute drive to town. Enjoy restaurants, the lake, and all of the attractions of Tahoe and then escape into the quiet neighborhood not too far from it all. Mountains, the forest, and nice homes fill the scenery.
You can access hiking trails from the home, within a couple hundred yards from the front door.
Getting Around:
Our home is located just a few miles from Heavenly Village and the local casinos. While a personal vehicle is highly recommended for exploring the scenic mountains and lake, ride sharing services and taxis are readily available in the area. We provide ample free parking on the premises, including garage access and a dedicated electric vehicle charger for your convenience.
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* Please keep sledding to designated areas around town. Sledding or trespassing on neighboring properties is not permitted.

Great stay, loved the house and location was phenomenal! We had 7 adults and 4 kids, and had a great time on the patio, game room, hot tub. It’s a great property which we’ll visit again!
My only criticism would be none of the check in/out or welcome emails showed up in my inbox or junk mail. Worked it all out, but a little bit of a hassle getting all settled in. After that, it was a great stay with very responsive property management.

The house was great, plenty of sleeping options for a large group, but it was missing a few key items for a group >10. There weren't enough water glasses, and the neither the outdoor nor indoor table was big enough to seat our entire group of 11. I also couldn't find dishwasher detergent. Other than that the place was great.
