About this apartment rental
This clean, non-smoking 3 BR/2.5 BA condo* with 2 car garage, located on a quad with semi-private courtyard pool and bbq area is now available for rent. This condo is only one of twenty in all of Paseo with porches in both front (entryway) and back (off of kitchen overlooking the quad) of the home.
Recent additions to the home include work stations in two of the bedrooms to accommodate both learning and working from the unit, as well as upgraded internet from the Paseo provided services.
Quad residents and guests enjoy a richly landscaped courtyard that includes a free form pool with custom furnishings and a large wooden trellis covering a brick paver deck complete with BBQ grills. The quad is fully furnished with tables, umbrellas, chairs and comfortable patio lounge furniture. The quad provides an immediate community feel within the larger Paseo resort.
A golf cart in the home is available to guests which will allow you to easily access the Paseo Resort amenities.The luxurious 26,000 square foot Paseo Village Center is the focal point of the community. The variety of amenities at the Village Center provides a wonderful resort lifestyle, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, with the finest equipment and an aerobics room/dance studio for group fitness.
Paseo Resort also offers a community movie theatre, an Internet cafe, a business center, fishing pier and courts for all your favorite sports: tennis, basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. The pickleball courts are a 3 minute walk from our unit and this park also contains beach volleyball and tiki huts with picnic tables. Restaurant amenities include a tiki bar by the resort pool, ice cream and coffee shop, and both casual and fine dining with The Paseo Pub and The Bistro.
The Village Center features a gorgeous free-form pool with a separate spa. The fully-furnished sundeck includes private cabanas and lush landscaping. A poolside tiki bar provides residents and visitors with food and beverages while they relax and enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida weather. This season the Tiki Bar featured 2 $ tacos on Sundays.
The Spa at the Village Center offers everything from classic manicures and pedicures to facials and massage therapy. Beautifully decorated rooms offer a casually elegant setting for the luxurious spa services.
Dining and shopping of all kinds, including outlet malls, are less than a 10 minute drive from Paseo. The beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers and Gulf fishing are just 20-40 minutes away. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy playing privileges at the private River Hall Country Club in Alva, Florida or play at the two municipal courses in Fort Myers.

This is hands down the best short term rental property we have stayed at. Everything you could possibly need for your vacation. We enjoyed the community so much we rented a property down the street for the next year. The application process seemed a little difficult but dont let that deter you. This is a great rental and I would recommend to anyone that just wants to relax and fully enjoy your vacation.

Any was wonderful to work with, her manager Tatti was also awesome. Unit was bright clean and cheery. Anything you needed was in the unit. Can’t wait to go Back.
