Our home is the largest of all the town homes with over 2000 sq. ft. of living space including 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a large 2nd floor balcony.
Paseo is an award-winning gated community (Community of the Year Award from the Lee Building Industry Association, as well as several Pinnacle Awards for residential design and amenities) surrounded by the pristine environment of the Six Mile Cypress Slough.
The Paseo Village Center includes a full-service concierge, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, a pub, an internet café, a coffee shop, a 4,000 square foot fitness center, a business center and library, as well as spa services and a 90-seat theater with a projection room and comfortable elevated seating.
The free-form pool has earned a Pinnacle Award for Best Pool Design. It includes elaborate waterfalls and rockscapes, as well as a poolside gazebo serving refreshments. Adjacent to the main pool is a large spa, a fitness oriented lap pool and a children’s water playground.
The Sports center includes six Hydro-Grid tennis courts, a fishing pier, four bocce ball courts and a basketball court. Three additional pool complexes are also open in the townhome courtyards. There is also a Lifestyle Park with four chickee huts, a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, grilling areas, a children’s grass play area and two pickle ball courts. The park is open to all Paseo residents. It joins a lakefront park with a chickee hut, comfortable seating and hammocks on the west side of Paseo.
Wireless, high-speed internet and HD cable TV are provided in our home. No need for keys as our front door is equipped with a wireless deadbolt so all you have to do is enter your code. All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Smart TV/Roku- no need to rent videos. Log into your own account - Netflix, Crackle, Amazon Instant Video, Hulu. Access your Amazon Cloud Player music or Pandora using our SONOS Music System or just use the SONOS to play from your iPhone.
Also included is just about any appliance or kitchen gadget you will ever need. Besides the regular items (toaster, blender, etc...) also included are Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, juicer and toaster oven.
All towels, sheets, and pillows, etc. are provided and of excellent quality. All mattresses are encased in dust mite/bed bug proof coverings and are allergy sensitive. A washer and dryer are tucked away in the laundry closet on the second floor, near the bedrooms for easy access.
This home is equipped with many board games for use during any 'down time' you may have.

Paseo is located in the desirable Daniels Corridor, tucked away among the natural environment of Six Mile Cypress Slough, yet moments from shops, restaurants and entertainment venues in the most sought-after area of Fort Myers. The closest shopping centers are the Gulf Coast Town Center and the Bell Tower Shops. Beach lovers will enjoy the community's proximity to beaches at Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island. In addition, easy access to I-75 and Southwest Florida International Airport make for easy travel by car and air.
Other Activities: Paseo is only 5 miles away from JetBlue Park at Fenway South, the Spring Training home of the Boston Red Sox, and 5 miles away from Hammond Stadium, the Spring Training home of the Minnesota Twins. A Village Center functions as the social and activity hub for Paseo. The exercise portion consists of a 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center as well as an aerobics room/dance studio often utilized for group fitness classes. The Fitness Center gym features treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, free weights and 14 weight machine stations. Fun outdoor activity options include tennis, basketball, bocce and volleyball.
Residents do not even have to leave the community for dining and entertainment. For casual dining, The Paseo Pub serves up sports along with its pub-style fare. For fine dining, The Bistro offers gourmet meals in an elegant atmosphere. In addition, the center includes an old-fashioned ice cream shop, an Internet cafe and a coffee shop. A 90-seat village movie theater gives residents a private, on-site venue to enjoy the best or newest releases without having to fight crowds. All are priced very reasonable. The village center also has its own library, business center and mail center.
Luxury Spa And Caribbean Resort Pool: Overlooking Paseo’s resort-style pool, the Spa offers a full menu of spa services, including hand therapy, foot therapy, waxing, facial therapy and massage therapy, as well as scrubs and wraps, all in beautifully-decorated rooms. You may schedule manicures, pedicures, a variety of facials and six different kinds of massages, including one poolside amid the calming sounds of the pool's waterfalls.
The pool complex is like those found at a Caribbean resort. It sits on a peninsular lakefront site surrounded on three sides by water. The free-form pool includes elaborate waterfalls and rockscapes as well as a poolside gazebo (the 'Tiki Bar'), which serves a lunch menu and tropical drinks. Adjacent to the main pool is a large whirlpool, a fitness-oriented lap pool and a children’s water playground. The richly landscaped sundeck offers custom-designed furnishings and a large semi-circle of seven authentic Old Florida Chickee Huts with wooden decks to provide shade.

The owners were wonderful to deal with and the townhouse was very comfortable and well equipped. The balconies are lovely in the evening for enjoying a glass of wine and the sunset. Would most definitely return. Thank you Bard and Scott.

You will love PASEO. This is our third monthly stay. This is an active community with events you can participate in. The grounds are well maintained with an excellent pool area. Scott’s condo was spacious, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a separate beverage refrigerator. Many of the reviews mentioned how accommodating Scott was, but he really went out of his way for us. We left PASEO to spend a month on Marco Island when we realized we had a missing ring. We thought it might be in the master bedroom. Scott’s daughter searched and found the ring under the bed, then he met us at the Tiki bar to return it! Above and beyond…

Love Paseo- so many pluses to an extended stay!

It's hard to decide what we liked best about Scott's townhouse. Scott is a fab owner; great communicator, quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. The townhouse had plenty of room for everyone to lounge or spend time together cooking or playing games. The two balconies were used every day, beautiful views and great to lounge with coffee or another beverage. We cooked many meals at the townhouse, every appliance you could conceive and cooking utensil is available; so much better than most rentals we've experienced. Plus a full size Weber grill. The Paseo community completes the trifecta, so many activities, very friendly residents, and a beautifully landscaped property. We stayed March 2023, the month flew by. Already looking forward to March 2024.
