This is a court-side retreat, which means you'll be able to watch a match of tennis from your patio as you rest or dine in the outdoor dining area. The Tennis Villas are located just steps away from the TOPS'L Racquet Club where you can enjoy the fitness center, indoor-outdoor pool, whirlpool, hot tub, a racquetball court, an indoor-outdoor pool, a steam room, and a sauna.
You'll have direct access to the free community tram, which will take you straight to the white-sand beaches. TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort is located in Miramar Beach, in close proximity to the excitement and adventures of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Enjoy the local events and festivals occurring in the area throughout the year, venture over to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for hiking and nature trails, or simply explore the local cuisine. Another marvelous beach town is located only 10.6 miles away and that is Destin! I love to shop in Destin. I decided for spring break I would take my kids. We always stated across from the mall in the hotel. I decided to do an Airbnb this time. I have never used Vacasa until a work friend was telling me about it. I always used airbnb. So, I decided to download the app and the apartment was way cheaper on here. I live the stay especially since it was literally down the road from the outlets. We was able to call the transit from the apartment to go to the beach and be picked back up from the beach. Pictures are exactly what you will see if you rent. They have different amenities on site but we was doing a lot of stuff off site for the kids. Great stay and I would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time, the guest bedroom furniture was comical and needs to be upgraded and the headboard in the master was broken. The hot water ran out after two showers so make time to stagger showering. We love staying in the tennis village and plan on many more trips to come.
