Villetta Natura Casa C is a stylishly furnished holiday home nestled in the rolling hills of Elba, in the heart of Nisporto. The villa features a modern living room with exposed beams, a well-equipped kitchen, three cream-toned bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. One bedroom is filled with sunlight thanks to large windows, while the other two have smaller windows with less natural light. Amenities include air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi (available only on the terrace).
Outside, you’ll find a covered terrace with sea views, furnished with loungers and a comfortable seating area—perfect for relaxing under the Italian sun. There’s also a garden with a barbecue where you can prepare fresh meals. This property is ideal for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a private, peaceful holiday.
The pebble beach of Nisporto, with its crystal-clear waters and a small selection of restaurants, is just 550 meters away—a pleasant 9-minute walk. The center of the nearby village of Bagnaia, offering shops and more restaurants, is 5 km away and can be reached in 12 minutes by car.
Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee.

Pros: Tolle sehr ruhige Lage mit toller Terrasse und angenehmen Gartenmöbeln.

Cons: Leider war der Grill (Weber Kugelgrill) bei unserer Villa dermaßen beschädigt daß man darauf nicht hätte vernünftig Grillen können. Außerdem wurde er bei der Reinigung vergessen.

House and location are okay. Not as exclusive as stated in the online description. We estimate the photos are 10 years old. The sea view is gone due to the trees in the garden of the neighbors. The worst is a poor set of kitchen and BBQ appliances are missing which simpler houses have automatically. The local agency did not get permission to adjust the requested equipments.
