This is a nice bach in a good quiet location near Cooks beach. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Just had a few teething problems but overall lovely stay
We had some confusion with the various facilities, water heating wasn't turned on, water to the washing machine was off. The property manager was very helpful and responsive

The property is spacious and relatively close to the beach.
The house was dusty, with dirty floors and cobwebs. The water smelt terrible when we opened the tap as it has been standing for too long. There were no instructions letting us know that the water and gas bottles were off and needed to be switched on/opened.
