View was amazing. You could hear the waves from the bedrooms. Overall the house was clean, there was some sand and sand spurs in the bed but you're at the beach and sand is forever. The stairs are steep and have nowhere to hold onto which was difficult to carry luggage up and down and difficult for some of the older folks to manage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the layout of the house, and would recommend the Awbrey House for your next Gulf Shores stay.

No major issues or concerns. We communicated with property management regarding issues (tv was dying) and it was fixed very quickly. Beds were comfortable, pool was clean, and the beach was close by, which is exactly what we were looking for!

We have stayed at this location 3 separate times. Location is great. House needs a good deep clean. Found an old contact lens on the floor, along with random socks under the bed. Pillows were old and moldy. Washer was left closed up and smelled awful when opened.
