About this house rental
Newly renovated with top of the line everything! Many more upgrades than the current photos show. Lush mature landscaping in both front and back patio. Newly renovated third bedroom (not shown in photos) with queen sized bed. Modern fireplace makeover and more. Paradise vibes with a coastal flair. This place has everything you need to live the beach life in luxury. A short 1 mile walk to Carlsbads best surfing beach, or a stroll on down to the community hot tub and pool, makes everyday your ideal weekend getaway. Master bedroom with king sized bed, tranquil meditation patio, lush green plants, beach-inspired custom designed shower and full master bath with high end luxury towels await your lazy day or help you relax after a long beach afternoon. Upstairs loft has a 47 inch television, office space, and ultra comfortable velvet pullout couch with memory foam mattress, third bedroom, and queen sized bed. Main guest bedroom is located downstairs with access to the spa-esque bathroom with shower and soaking tub, perfect after those long days.
Two outdoor patios, one off the master (referred to as the meditation space) and one off the living room with plenty of privacy trees, and outdoor grill, a fire pit, and a 6 person dining table. Commercial sized LG Signature front loading washer and dryer with pedestals are ready for use in the 1-car garage. Parking wide open and available in the garage (for smaller cars), in the driveway, or along the street. Beautifully green spaces and walking areas make taking the dog for long walks a pleasure.
With year round great weather, local shops, amenities, restaurants, and breweries nearby, Carlsbad is a great place for both families and singles. Walk to the beautiful Carlsbad lagoon, Ponto Beach, and Poinsettia Park all a short stroll away. Grab a beer or wine at the Carlsbad Camp Store and watch the sunset off the cliff near South Carlsbad State Beach.

We've stayed at many rentals and this one is def top of the list. From the decor to all the amenities this one had it all. We stayed for 6 wks and fit us perfect, along with our dog and an occasional guest. Location was great with all of the walking paths and although you could hear the Hwy slightly with windows open we loved being so close to jump on and get to various places. Host was so easy to get a hold of and very accommodating with our questions. We will be renting here again and highly recommend.

I stayed here for 11 weeks. Beautiful clean and modern space in a nice neighborhood approximately 1 mile from the beach. Livi is very nice and helpful and was a good source of information. I would definitely stay again.

This is the place to go when you're tired of the places with the mismatched furniture and $10 bed pillows. It's obvious a lot of care & attention and high end finishes went into the home. So if that environment contributes to a good vacation for you and you want to make sure you have a nice home to stay in, then book it now. You won't be disappointed.
There is no carpet on the main floor and the patio is enclosed so it's a great place to bring your well behaved pet.
Olivia the host is very communicative and cares about her guests.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe and close to lots of local amenities.
