This stunning 8 bedroom resort home will be the perfect home for your next family vacation. This home is located in the perfect area to reach the fun-filled destinations of the rest of your vacation. Only 20 minutes away from most major Orlando attractions, your spacious vacation home will include:
• 8 bedrooms (sleeps up to 16 people)

The private, screened pool is equipped with a grill (propane is an ADDITIONAL FEE), lounge chairs, patio seating, spa (pool heating is an ADDITIONAL FEE), and a safety gate. Each bathroom is equipped with 1 roll of toilet paper (additional toilet paper is the guest's responsibility). We will provide 1 pool towel & 1 bath towel per guest capacity.
PARKING: Please abide by parking guidelines provided by The Retreat at ChampionsGate. There is a 5 car maximum per home. Additional cars are subject to fees by The Retreat by ChampionsGate. Please utilize the parking space at The Oasis Club for additional cars. Tropical Escape Resort Homes is NOT responsible for any towing charges. Please contact The Oasis Club for more information
TRASH PICKUP: Please utilize the bench located in the entryway of the front door of the home. Trash pickup is every day.
CHECK-IN ACCESS: This home is protected by an electronic lock in which you will receive details according to how you booked your home. Check-in time is at 4PM. Please call our office for checking in early.

So I would rate the check in process 1 star. We were given the code to the door in our email a week in advance but when we got there it did not work. Called the answering service who tried to unlock it but didnt work, gave us the code for the key box but no key in the box. Finally after 45 minutes waiting outside the emergency code worked. Aside from that hiccup the overall stay was wonderful. We went for a family vacation and there was sooo much room. Beautiful house. The cleaners can pay a little more attention to things left in the fluffy rug in the living room but overall clean.

We used this rental to accommodate extended family for a Disney weekend. The location is short drive from the park and in a neighborhood with several close resources such as groceries, restaurants and drug stores. However, the property did not provide basic essentials that you expect with a trip rental. We had to wash towels the first night there because even though the property had 8 bedrooms, there were not enough towels for 11 people to shower more than once. We had no dish soap, replacement trash bags, laundry detergent (small box would have been a start) or oven mittens to remove dishes/pans from over. Mattress were hard and pillows were not comfortable. Not enough blankets/covers. Could use some touch ups around the house but that was of lesser concern because we essentially only needed it for sleep, shower and maybe one meal per day. It’s good for that and larger groups. Houses are close together and many people in the neighborhood. Overall we were satisfied with our stay snd would recommend for use in manner that we did however, there should be 3-4 towels per room and Maybe some starter supplies like an extra toilet paper roll, paper towels, trash bags, small dish soap and laundry detergent. Oh and oven mitts!

Outside lawn and parking area: alcohol bottles, garbage all over.
When arrived with the family: cleaning lady was still present. Bad order in a restroom.
Furniture needs to be changed since it’s white; gets way too dirty and messy.
Front door lock, needs to be replaced. Could have been locked out
Theme of rooms are great but many lights out and you can tell no sense of urgency to replace.
Some walls need repair and to be painted again.
Overall, house is big and spacious but needs to be thoroughly cleaned and checked frequently since many items, lights need to be repair and/or replaced.
