This spacious two-story home is located in the desirable golf community of Champions Gate. This gated golf community is the ideal vacation resort with something for everyone. Included in your stay is access to the on-site Champions Gate Resort Orlando Oasis Club, which is just a short walk from the home. It has a 130,000-gallon heated pool with waterfalls, lazy river, water slides, swim-up bar, cabanas, tropical bar, spa, splash pad, grill, bar, volleyball courts, fitness center, theater, and games room. It truly provides a relaxing resort experience with all the comforts of a home. Whether you’re visiting to enjoy the on-site Oasis Club, the area golf courses, or the nearby Disney parks, our house is perfect for making memories.
The house itself is ideal for comfortably hosting gatherings of friends and families. The vacation rental features an open floor plan with a large dining and family room that overlooks the screened patio and private pool with optional heat. The well-equipped kitchen is bright and spacious with stainless steel appliances and a large granite countertop with bar stools. An outdoor gas grill allows for an afternoon cookout by the pool.
Two main suites with attached bathrooms are downstairs, with an additional six bedrooms and three full bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs loft has another seating area for gathering. Also upstairs is a home theater with a large screen projector and luxe recliner seating. There are 10 TVs in the home, including one in each bedroom. The foosball table will surely provide some friendly competition and entertainment as well. The house is equipped with high-speed internet for those that need to work remotely.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This home was perfect for our family of 14 vacationing. The home can certainly fit more guests. The house was very spacious and clean. We had penty of towels. Everyone was very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the pools at the resort.

Very good choice. The house is huge, perfect for family reunion. The truth is that it was a very good experience.No problems with anything.The house was clean when we arrived.

This was perfect - we had 19 people and fit comfortably - everyone had a great time - house needs to have a few extra blankets and cooking supplies to support a large group - not a huge deal - house was clean - the pool and outside patio was a great space for all. A place we would definitely go back to again -

When we arrived at our 2 week stay we were stuck at the main gate for over an hour as we had to wait for the host to send us a qr code to pass the gate,
When we finally got the code and got to the house there were boxes of linen all over the place luckily someone came by to pick it all up a short while later,
The ping pong table in the game room was cracked so we were not able to use it , the knock hockey was missing the puck and sticks so we were not able to use that as well ,
we paid for pool heating for our stay it was never turned on we kept calling the host to send someone to turn it on they said someone is coming but that never happened however they did refund us for that ,
towards the end of our stay the first floor air condition broke down we didn't bother calling again because we didn't want to get aggravated by them telling us there coming to fix it and no one would show
we also requested a mop at the begging of our stay which they also said they were going to bring one and of course never happened
as far as the actual stay the house was great very spacious movie theater was cool the neighborhood very friendly and beautiful we had a great stay and a wonderful time
