excellent value for money. i have stayed at many 'aparthotel / AirBnB' similar to his, and i must say that I was very happy with the apartment. theres convection cooker, well functioning fridge, washer, and facility to hang / dry clothes. apartment was spacious. only 1 room had no aircond, the other two rooms including living room had aircond (and the aircond was cold). seamless check in and checkout process. I had to extend a day last minute, the host made it so easy. I stay there for my daughter's followup in Ara Damansara Medical Centre. will definitely stay here when we are in KL for followup.

(this is really nitpicking) one of the mattress was quite old, and u can feel the spring. I gave the feedback to the host and they said they will check and sort it out. kudos!

The host is helpful, replied my msgs promptly when i have questions. The location is good. The surroundings also good. Quiet neighbour.

As a first-time guest, I found it quite difficult to locate the parking area. I read the instructions several times, but it was still confusing because the basement parking is large and shared with the mall. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, but the second bedroom feels a bit itchy, and the bed in the third room seems to be damaged or uneven in the middle. There’s also a water leakage issue from the toilet hose in the master bathroom; the floor gets wet every time it’s used. The sofa in the living room is also quite uncomfortable; it might be time to replace it with a new one. The main door is damaged, but still work manually. Other than the issues mentioned above, everything else was satisfactory and pleasant.
