I liked it was conveniently attached to Paradigm Mall

The cooker was not fully functioning... The car park was a bit far

Locatie bij paradigm mall (shopping centre), veel leuke winkeltjes, eet /restaurantjes, supermarkt Ruime appartement, schone kamers.

WiFi is instabiel en zwak. De modem zit in een kastje helemaal achterin waardoor ontvangst in de kamers/woon kamer slecht is.

Location fantastic ! Paradigm mall !! Very spacious accommodation! Great space ! Had a washing machine but only 1 small airer !* Great parking space

1. Signs of neglect - furniture stained / appeared "broken" - one sink in bathroom: tap not v secure - shower tray in one bathroom loose from fitting in shower area - booked for 6 persons : only 2 mugs and 3rd one chipped - cutlery not sufficient either for 6 persons eg only 2 forks - steam iron was in disrepair 2. Only 1 access card for all 6 persons 3. Issues re the staff wanting to remedy issues - wanted our 1 access card left in mailbox for collection which was not possible when 6 of us and very restricted movements due to just 1 access card and likewise only 1 access card for lift ! So unfortunately none of the issues could be fixed because we did not want to restrict our holiday waiting for the management staff by leaving the access card and restricting ourselves - very unsatisfactory state of affairs ! 4. No instructions re trash - had to look for trash room ourselves - disconcerting in such a strange building 5. Still awaiting confirmation that "hold " on Account card is released ( stated 10-17 Sept ) 10days later no update whether checks after checkout on 17 Sept were fine . If staying here - conduct a check on checking in and take pictures and mention to the booking team via WA contact immediately

We like that it has a really nice pool and the check in is relatively easy. we also like the location because it’s close to restaurants and shopping.

It’s not as clean as the photos show and the wall papers are peeling off the wall or look not well maintained and old/dirty. no dish rack in kitchen to dry the dishes. bathroom faucet is too close to sink and when we turn water on the water spill off to the back of the sink.
