Azure Residences by Sleepy Bear Paradigm Mall

Location is great as just next to Paradigm mall. House was really big and pretty, had full furniture with bath and shampoo, towels, cutlery (although some cracked cups). Fully air conditioned! Refund of security deposit was a breeze and they refunded within 2 days to my Malaysia bank account.

Customer service is sometimes very rigid, asked for 3 access card/keys but they insisted to only give 1 card/key. In the end, received 2 lift card and 1 key to the wooden door which was a hassle. Bought my own padlock and hence problem was not that big. They also don't provide lighter to the stove, but it was an easy fix to go buy myself. Request for early check in was declined. There is also a pest problem (small cockroaches in the kitchen area). Some other small defects in the unit (light in main room was flickering, small hole in door in main room, water dripping sound in main room) but it was not big issues. Insufficient toilet paper but again was anticipated and brought my own.

Location is very convenient , next to mall . Mall is convenient for foods , grocery , movies and etc . Condo is spacious and having own attached bath room to each room . Can stop by lobby a while to drop luggage . Convenient for elderly and OKU family members .

Parking direction is not clear . As if u drop by Lobby need to make a big round again the building and mall then only need to keep right before the residence U turn then only can reach the opposite parking . But plus point is can drop elderly and OKU to Lobby first .

I liked it was conveniently attached to Paradigm Mall

The cooker was not fully functioning... The car park was a bit far

We like that it has a really nice pool and the check in is relatively easy. we also like the location because it’s close to restaurants and shopping.

It’s not as clean as the photos show and the wall papers are peeling off the wall or look not well maintained and old/dirty. no dish rack in kitchen to dry the dishes. bathroom faucet is too close to sink and when we turn water on the water spill off to the back of the sink.
