On avait pas pris le petit-déjeuner sur place donc je ne peux rien dire là dessus

Maison bien placée pour visiter le Parc Astérix et le château de Chantilly. Joël nous a bien accueilli et il met à disposition le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
Maison froide lorsqu'il fait très froid à l'extérieur en hiver.

L'appartement est spacieux. Par contre plusieurs points sont à revoir au niveau de l'entretien: (1) le chauffage de la SDB, impossible à démarrer et celui de la chambre, difficile à réguler du fait de faux contacts. L'appartement est devenu accueillant après 24h de chauffage, malgré la SDB froide; (2) le mitigeur de la douche, très difficile à régler: un robinet thermostatique serait bienvenu; (3) la serrure du portillon: on a failli rester coincés dans la rue à 23 h; (4) la décoration intérieure qui fait très cheap, certes c'est subjectif.
