About this house rental
Beautiful and completely newly renovated, original Istrian stone house with fabulous sea views, great solar-heated pool, which can also be heated by an air water heat pump if required, and a covered terrace that can be used as a winter garden in just a few steps.
Villa Perla in Kastelir near Porec with a fantastic view of the sea. About 7 km from Porec you escape the hustle and bustle of the city and are still in a few minutes in the hotspots Porec and Novigrad or one of the fantastic beaches. In Kastelir you will find restaurants, bars and all shops for daily needs within walking distance.
A beautiful original Istrian stone house which has just been completely renovated and refurbished.
The total living space is around 120 m², is equipped with air conditioning and consists of a main house with living / kitchen area with guest toilet and bedroom with its own handicap accessible bathroom on the ground floor with access to a covered terrace with an amazing view over Porec to the sea.
The kitchen is completely new with stove, dishwasher and coffee machine - a new washing machine is also available.
Directly in front of the house is the completely new outdoor area with approx. 30 m² pool and many lounging areas, as well as two outdoor seating areas with barbecue facilities.
The first floor offers two bedrooms with double beds and a brand new bathroom with shower - all rooms in the house with a sea view !!
In an emergency, a couch can also be pulled out in the living area, which then offers another sleeping space with the dimensions 200x135 cm.
There is also a beautiful apartment with its own living area and small kitchen, a separate bedroom with two single beds and a wonderful bathroom with shower.
In this living area, too, the couch can be extended to a bed measuring 200x120 cm. Due to its own access, this area is ideal for e.g. B. To enable grandma / grandpa or teenagers to have their own privacy or to simplify their stay due to the structural characteristics of one (also two) disabled person (s). TVs are available in all living areas, as well as sufficient parking spaces and a carport.
Our house is dog-friendly! - Surcharge: 50 euros per week and dog for additional cleaning - the property is completely fenced.
The pool is cleaned and maintained by a very friendly person who is always available for questions or problems. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Our holiday home can be rented all year round - even in the wonderful time of September / October, when the sea is still warm and nature invites you to go hiking and biking. Or also in the warm spring / early summer. The pool is solar heated, but if necessary also by means of an air water heat pump !!
The rental prices include all utilities including visitor's tax.
