In a sunny location above the village of Feldthurns, the house “Rafaser Appartments” is situated 950 m above sea level and offers a beautiful panoramic view over the Eisack valley between Klausen and Brixen and of the mountains.
The east-facing apartment Albina has its entrance on the west side of the ground floor and is easily accessible for wheelchair users and children’s prams. Furthermore, the apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom (with a queen size bed and a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. The apartment also boasts a private balcony from where you can enjoy beautiful views, and a shared outdoor area with a garden, a barbecue and a table tennis table. Firewood is also available. In front of the apartment, you will find a small pool and a field where children of all ages can play. A bakery is located a 13-minute walk away (1 km), a bar is a 16-minute walk away (1.3 km) and a restaurant is a 22-minute walk away (1.7 km).
