Endless Summer apartment (San valentin)

Het is op een rustige locatie gelegen net buiten het centrum vlak bij het strand. s `Avonds is het heel stil. Het appartement is keurig netjes. Prijs/kwaliteit is erg goed. Balkon met zon.

We liked the location being close to the sea in a quiet part of town. The apartment is small but fine for 2, is modern, looks recently renovated in part and overlooks the pool and towards the sand dunes and the balcony has the afternoon and evening sun. The apartment is well equipped with all essentials and a washing machine. The bathroom is very nice and looks new. The pool was very nice and quiet and everything was very clean. Everyday the cleaners were sweeping the grounds and testing the pool. The representative was very helpful with access and arranged for us to have a late checkout. We always managed to get a parking space but it was limited within the secure area with ANPR. The complex felt very safe as only residents can enter.

The apartment only had 1 fan. Due to the hot weather more are needed. We took our own just in case. Also there are no umbrellas around the pool which gets sun all day- there is no shade there on on the balcony so on a hot day you cannot stay long. The shower cubicle leaked water onto the floor - we advised the representative and they said it would get checked. Some of the neighbours live there so you can get a little noise when they are going to work but you get used to it. Next door has a cat and the neighbour leaves cat litter on their balcony which sometimes smelt. If we stayed again we would prefer a ground floor apartment as they have shade/ umbrellas.

Cadre agréable et reposant. Bel appartement lumineux. Petit balcon sympa. On s'est senti en pleine sécurité. Bien situé par rapport à la ville et aux plages.

Shower door was loose so flooded every time we had a shower, freezer box in fridge was broken, light on mirror in shower room flickered and gave very poor light, toilet seat was dropping off and flush button kept dropping off, small ants all over the kitchen work surface.
