Very small, suitable just for couple No kids pool, smaller pool available but still quite deep. Too deep for toddlers

Residence molto curato con la piscina che visto il vento dell’isola sempre molto forte e’ utile per rilassarsi. Struttura pulita e attrezzata di tutto e staff super gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta ed esigenza.

Unica cosa che mi è piaciuta un po’ meno e’ la posizione in quanto se si è a piedi non è vicinissima alla zona dei localini. Circa 25/40 min dalla via dei locali e dal porto

Great place for longer stay, very nice welcome - thanks, sunny balcony, very clean and quiet swimming pool area, private parking, big fridge and place for preparing food. Close to the dunes area. We had nice time there.

When in bedroom you can hear the noise from the street

I loved the complex as it suited my needs as in pool and sunshine. The complex outside was clean, the pool was cleaned every morning even at that time of the year. It was quiet and not many families (with children) were staying there. I also did like the apartment once my body got over the shock of walking up and down the 15 steps.

When I originally booked with B-Rent San Valentin, I was dealing with a really good staff member Stefano who came back to me straight away on email or texts through WhatsApp. When I arrived at San Valentin you needed a fob to get in the gate, I was not aware of that. There was no one to meet me and a staff member of I-Rent was kind enough to let me in the gate while I waited to be met by a member of the B-Rent team. After a few text messages, a phone call (neither of which were answered) I sent an email and that I got a reply from to say 'he' (not mentioning his name) was on the way. He did eventually call to say he wasn't on the way and directed me by phone to get to the apartment as the cleaning lady was there and she would give me the key. I dragged my bag up the 15 steps, apologised to the lady for coming in on top of her while she was finishing her job (I did let them know what time I was arriving at). 'He' then said he would meet me the following day to go through everything with me - that didn't happen. or the next three times he arranged to meet me - not even a text message to say he would not be coming, that really annoyed me but seemingly that is a thing in Spain. It was through a lady at the pool that I found out there was another way to come into the complex, where to put the rubbish, figured out the washing machine and hob through Google translate - I am not the quickest at doing that - would have been handier to have someone to go through it with me. There was issues with the toilet and WiFi and no response to my texts at all over these issues. I had to call a plumber friend in Ireland to advise me on the toilet issue (it was an issue when I got there) and I spent and evening and half-a-day before I got it working properly again. It was two weeks before he showed up.
