Salty Sunsets! Your answer to a perfect beach get-away... Come and be spoiled in our newly decorated condo! This beautiful, spacious Condo in the family-friendly Seacrest Beach community is within walking distance of the postcard-perfect Rosemary Beach as well as the elegant Alys Beach, and overlooks the majestic 12,000 square foot lagoon pool.
Our beautiful three bedroom, three and half bath, 1,850 square foot home sleeps eight to ten and has upgrades throughout including wood floors, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, ten foot ceilings, and a spacious GARAGE that has a great game area, including ping pong, shuffleboard, and foosball. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach or the pool.
The property is ideally situated in a park-like setting, the beach access is within a short walk (or take the seasonal beach tram that picks up at the end of our driveway). The property has super views of the community pool and lawn which can be enjoyed from the wide, furnished balcony.
Salty Sunsets has private gated access from the backyard directly to the largest pool on 30A where you can enjoy the multiple, cascading pools, fountains, cabanas, and lush landscaping. The property has generous sized windows and multiple patio doors. The spacious living area is doused with sunlight from three sides. The entire living space, including the bedrooms, is all on one level and there is plenty of seating and dining areas to comfortably accommodate up to ten persons.
Our condo is on the second floor - the first floor having the garage with the game area as well as one of the full bathrooms. And if you are having a family reunion or a wedding, consider our neighboring unit above. Combined, you can sleep 20 people in beds and enjoy 6 full baths and 2 half baths. WI-FI in both units.
The property has a large, flat green space right next to it offering numerous opportunities to play yard activities and further enjoy the outdoors. We have several restaurants within walking or biking distance of our unit as well as quaint shops and grocery stores.

Great, clean place, even better location! The Seacrest Community is convenient with tram stops and pool entrance practically right out of the door. A lot of great amenities provided at this home. There is a lot of construction happening during our time of stay, but it will be even more of an upgrade to this location/home once complete regarding the open space next door.I would suggest bringing your own beach towels as none are provided and the pack n play (travel crib) needs cleaned, replaced or not offered.

We had an amazing time during our week at Salty Sunsets! The location of the condo is amazing, steps away from the pool and only a couple minute walk from the beach. This place feels like a little slice of heaven and we can’t wait to come back soon!

The location was perfect to access the pool, walk or take tram to the beach, and ride bikes to Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary. The games in the garage were a hit with the kids. Kathy was very responsive and welcoming. The property was comfy, clean, and had everything we needed for a lovely family beach trip. Would stay here again if we come back to the area!
