About this house rental
A total rennovation was completed in 2019 on this charming in town 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home originally built in 1850. The home features an open floor plan with tons of windows, hardwood floors throughout and a gourmet kitchen. The master suite with walk in shower and laundry room complete the first floor. The 2nd floor with exposed beams includes a cozy sitting area, a full bath and two bedrooms. The front porch, back deck & patio and a large back yard provide plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. This home is on a dead end street and is just a short walk to town, the Mount Hope Bay, the East Bay Bike Path and many famous wedding venues.

Our family of six stayed in this lovely house on a quiet residential street in Bristol while attending a wedding nearby. Everything was top-notch ... three lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds (master bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor) ... a new, well-stocked kitchen and pantry ... a pretty, open-plan first floor ... a gorgeous deep backyard with mature trees and lots of birds to watch! Theresa was a great host, who provides lots of little touches that shows she cares. It's not a huge house (the living room in particular doesn't allow for everyone to really sprawl out), but it was perfect for what we needed.

Theresa's home is so warm and welcoming. Everything we need was provided and the house was very clean. We walked to a beautiful quaint downtown. I highly recommend this property!!!!

This was the perfect home for my family for my daughter's wedding.So convenient to everything in Bristol, our venue was at Blithewold right down the street.The house was so super clean and all stocked up with everything we could possibly need and more.Host was so very accommodating to us, truly appreciate her genuine hospitality.Highly recommend this home for your special getaway or event!My deepest thanks to our host!
