Spacious kitchen with soapstone island and high-end appliances leads to dining room for easy entertaining. A cozy bedroom and a half bath complete the first level. This sweet little house is clean, beautiful, laid out well for a small family or a group of friends and in an excellent location! We spent 3 nights here for our son's graduation from RWU and in our downtime we loved sitting on the small, covered porch watching the water and the activity on the East Bay Bike Path and leaving for bike rides and walks right from the house. The kitchen had everything that we needed (we didn't make large meals but I think it would be fine for that, as well), there were plenty of dishes and even adequate table space for the 6-person rental. Jontay was an excellent host - communicated in a timely manner and was helpful with any questions that came up. I can't recommend this little gem enough and we can't wait to come back! Thanks for the amazing stay in Bristol, Jontay!

Had an amazing stay at the cottage! The host was wonderful and the communication was excellent. The location to the bike path and restaurants was fantastic. The view from the front porch was beautiful and we are looking forward to returning for another stay!
