Villa Son Roig is a traditional Mallorcan house set in the countryside, close to the charming village of Sant Joan and surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. With its beautiful stone walls and rustic decor, the villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spread over two floors, the villa features 3 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, and a cot and highchair (available on request). Guests especially enjoy the spacious outdoor area, which boasts a lovely garden, an 80 m² pool with sun loungers, and a barbecue for preparing meals to enjoy at the large outdoor dining table. A variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be found in the centre of Sant Joan, just a 5-minute drive away (2.3 km), while the nearest beach, Cala Estany d'En Mas, is 34 minutes by car (33 km). Palma de Mallorca and the airport are a 32-minute drive (36 km).

Pros: Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, ein traumhafter Garten und ein großer herrlicher Pool

Die Finca liegt absolut ruhig, keine direkten Nachbarn, großes Grundstück mit sehr gepflegtem Außenbereich, schöner sauberer Pool, verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Die Betreuung ist super, zur Begrüßung gab es Obst, eine Flasche Wein und frisches Brot, nach 1 Woche Wäschewechsel und leckeren Kuchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die frühe Abreisezeit (10 Uhr) war etwas stressig und bei der Größe der Finca wäre es besser, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer zu haben statt 1 Zimmer mit 3 Doppelbetten.
