Located in the picturesque beach town of Portsea, this luxury home is surrounded by 1 1/2 acres of beautiful garden. The home is comprised of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open lounge, dining and kitchen area. The expansive deck areas are ideal for overlooking the Portsea Golf Course. Enjoy the use of the tennis court, billiard room/second living space with an open-fire place. The relaxing and tranquil nature of this home makes it the perfect location to revel in all Portsea has to offer. 10 minute walk to beach and Portsea Hotel.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We are keen tennis players and loved having friends over to play and entertain (plumbed BBQ was a hit) on the gorgeously spacious deck with a view of Dalgeny and the golf course.
The house is extremely well-stocked with condiments and pantry basics as well as most appliances you can think of.
A rowdy game of pool late into the night wasn't a problem because the house is quite isolated and it was handy having a bar and fridge downstairs.
The property is ideally situated a stroll to the front beaches and the Portsea Hotel, as well as the back beach, so most days we'd walk in for a swim, coffee, lunch or dinner.
My only advice would be, is if you're staying longer than a week, get a laundry change if you dread doing loads of washing. It's a fabulous home and great for active families with teens. I look forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful week away for Christmas with family. House was clean, well appointed, deck was perfect for afternoon drinks and dinner and there was plenty of family tennis games! We had such a great time. Thanks Margie!

We had a fantastic time at this Portsea home. It’s very secluded and the views of the surrounding trees are magic. The home is big enough for two families and there is everything you will need. The linen and towels were top notch and Margi was a brilliant host! There was even a hand written note a premium bottle of champagne on arrival! Air conditioning for those warmer weekends and excellent tennis court! Loved it!
