About this house rental
Featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a gorgeous, sun filled living and dining room that opens out to an wonderful alfresco space for BBQ's on those warm Summer nights, updated kitchen with brand new appliances including, Bosch induction cooktop, dishwasher. The property includes ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling, laundry with WM & Dryer and separate toilet. This beauty will enable you to fully relax with your family and enjoy everything Portsea has to offer, all in a beautiful modern setting. You can also walk to the Portsea back beach, SLSC or if you want a quick drive you can pop down to Sorrento Village, stop off for some shopping, movies or a coastal walk. This is the break that you have been dreaming of.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.

The property was tidy on our arrival, although we had a problem opening windows; there was no key and one lock was jammed. A nice house and gardens that have been a little neglected.

Property was clean throughout. Great indoor lounge room and dining and huge outdoor table for alfreso dining. Plenty of utensils (knives were sharp!), cutlery & crockery, basic pantry staples. 20 min walk to Portsea and the Pub. Fantastic property.

We rented this property for a month in Feb . It is in a great quiet location . Easy access to both Sorrento and Portsea shops and beaches . Ensuite in main bedroom is tiny but quite serviceable . The online photos give a good representation of the property . House was clean and linen provided however I used my own linen. Was the perfect little house for my husband and I and we would definitely stay again . Jellis Craig staff were great to deal with . Very friendly and answered any query quickly

House well presented with good facilities but cleaners (COVID impacted) meant the floors were dusty and dirty and the linen had not been changed over on the beds - required a call from us to the agent and then we had to change the bedding and towels and wash it all ourselves
