It was a very pleasant surprise for us that the price of the apartment included admission tickets to Tiramitika and Mundomar for two days for each of us! The breakfast was superb! Everything is close by and very comfortable!

Disappointed and was not informed all the parks were closed
The heated pool at the villa
We were not informed that all of the parks that were included in our stay were all closed! Even after emailing reception a few weeks before to ask if we can get the tickets on check in. This was the only reason we stayed at the hotel and felt we had been miss sold and should have been informed that they were all closed!

Fantastic family stay
We had the most fantastic experience at the grand luxor village. The veiw was fantastic, the villa was very clean and alot bigger than we imaged. The Children loved chilling in the salt water pool. The breakfast buffet was perfect, the omelette lady being our favourite in particular.
We didn't like leaving, i definitely recommend booking longer than 2 nights.

No USB chargers No room service No gym They wouldn’t make the bed into a double/queen despite my pre request to do this No laundry facilities (only the expensive ‘drop off via bag service’, which isnt available on weekend) The on site cafeteria / handy mart is rubbish Long walk to the main hotel for breakfast

Panoramic wiev, breakfast was good, I like it many more things before I started walking around in the village and realised that I am watched, on every corner where 5-6 camera
Cameras everywhere, on every move they are watching you, I have chat whit neighbours and another person and stuff worked out in garden and swimming pool, but on 3 day I was told to leave and cancelled my stay, because it is not hotel policy my behaviour, 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
