1. The direct oceanfront location was outstanding. 2. The unit was tastefully decorated with beach/coastal furnishings, it was very beautiful. 3. The well stocked kitchen. 4. The upstairs bedroom had an ocean front view with a floor to ceiling glass 'wall. It was breathtaking. 5. The upstairs shower was wonderful.

1. The tv in downstairs living room turned on but only displayed "no signal". We purchased a Roku stick from Walmar t for $30.00, it solved the problem. 2. The remote was missing from the tv in first floor bedroom. Andy from maintenance purchased a universal remote from Lowes but it did not work properly. 3. The shower head in the downstairs bathroom broke and was not usable.

I liked the view of the ocean from the party. The property had nice decor.

The house was not clean. The patio furniture was rusty and uninviting. The carpet, refrigerator, and the table were was dirty; there were very few towels. When we arrived we couldn’t get in and the property had the wrong email address for me. It took over two hours for someone to respond. The property has potential but needs a deep clean and a better way to connect to someone when there is an issue after hours.
