Great place for a family to stay. Great ocean view. Can also see the pool from the balcony. The pool side DJ on Friday was a hit. Loved the lazy river although kids would swim through and rush you to move as if they don’t have their own sections. The property was semi clean. I understand not much can be done with the sandy floors but leaving brooms inside would help. The shower stall in one bathroom was not cleaned at all and hair was in the drain. Luckily we always pre clean before using showers. The parking garage I hated. All of the going up and down and around and around. You can always opt to park low and just use the elevator to get to your floor. The room does come equipped with pans and silverware to use. There were also beach chairs for use. The beds are close to the dressers in 2 rooms. I scratched my leg up real good on a drawer handle corner. I recommend they put some rubber ends or something on those. There were plenty of linens to use. Plenty of closet space. The breeze felt while sitting on the balcony was amazing even with it being really hot out. Location is in the center of everything. 15mins to boardwalk one way and 15 mins to broadway the other way. Definitely would stay again.

Condo needs new living room furniture and rug. Bare minimum supplies in kitchen. The property is deteriorating and you have to take the garbage a block away to dispose. The amount of vaping and weed smoking wasCrazy. The only well kept area of the building was the pool.
