About this house rental
Hidden at the bottom of a quiet alley, in the center of the village and close to the port, it is a country house, with a very beautiful view of the bell tower, with a floor and sunny private courtyard, without any vis-à-vis and individual private parking.
The house consists of:
- On the ground floor: - entrance, living room with color television - fully equipped independent kitchen - separate toilet, and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: - 2 with 1 double bed with storage - 1 with 2 single beds and a closet in the hallway.
Closed courtyard: garden furniture- barbecue- covered shelter- secure bike room - possibility of bringing in 2 cars (be careful, passage 2 m wide), free parking nearby.
The owners live in the neighboring village. Therefore, they will welcome you and can accompany you during your stay.

Agréable séjour dans cette maison bien située, au centre de Ars en Ré mais au calme. Parfait pour se ressourcer.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en plein cœur du magnifique village d'Ars en ré mais très au calme néanmoins !
La propriétaire du gîte est très agréable et prévenante.
Le gîte est plutôt spartiate mais l'essentiel est là et surtout le prix est très intéressant par rapport à ce qu'on peut trouver sur l'île pour une famille nombreuse !
Je recommande et y retournerai avec plaisir !
