Welcome to the friendly and modern comfort apartment in Elsdorf-Westermühlen. The upstairs apartment has been completely renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people.
You can expect a bright, friendly and modern 3-room non-smoking apartment. It is ideal for 2 to max. 4 people, about 95 square meters and is located on the 1st Upper floor of a quiet 2-family house. With its new and comfortable furnishings, the apartment leaves little to be desired. Free WiFi (fiber optic) and a selection of books and games are available free of charge, as is a parking space in front of the house.
The spacious living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo with CD and Bluetooth. From here you also have access to the approximately 50 sqm roof terrace in a south-west position, which invites you to relax. If you don't want to be out and about, you can have a good time here. Garden furniture, parasol and 2 loungers are ready.
The spacious kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. In addition to a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine are also available. For the first few days we are happy to provide you with coffee powder and a small selection of tea.
A real highlight is the newly renovated shower room with XL shower and heated towel rail. A real oasis of wellbeing! Hand and shower towels are provided free of charge and a hairdryer, soap and toilet paper for the first few days are also available here.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and flat-screen TV, the second room with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m each).
From the apartment you have a wonderful view of fields and meadows. An ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the countryside.
