    I've just stayed there for 1 night. Hotel staff (the boss and Ana) was really helpful and kind. I recommend this place :)

    I had a large room on the 3rd floor which was comfortable. TV didn't work no one available to help! The Hotel is on a residental street and the neighbours play loud music and sing the worst karaoka I have ever heard! 3 x nights out of the 5 I stayed!! Only saw the receptionist when I paid day before leaving. She was totally over the top. The breakfast was poor. Only I drink allowed hot or 1 selection of juice which was from a bottle! I ordered juice one morning lady bought out coffee. I said I will have the coffee as well rather than it be wasted, she said NO!! Seriously learn about customer service. I regret staying her after staying in Hoi An at 100k less per night with a great breakfast. Coffee plus real juice great selection and a plate of 2 x fruits. The fruit you get here is a joke! The worst accomadation in my 4 weeks travelling Vietnam. Have a good look at the reviews, many people have complained about the noise. Don't stay here if you want some peace and quiet. Some good local restaurants if you turn left go across grass & cross the big intersection recommend Co Hong great food.
