Condo located in highly sought after area minutes from downtown. This condo features an open floorplan. Hardwood floors in main areas and carpet in bedroom. Laundry room located in the bathroom in its own room! Gated community surrounded by retail, restaurants,public transportation and shopping. Unit is located on the 3rd out of 4 floors! Near prestigious universities, Morehouse College, Spelman College and Clark Atlanta University.

The property was ok. I liked that it was inside and included parking. I did have an issue with the kitchen sink leaking and the host came to fix it but it started again right before I left. That was inconvenient but the host was very apologetic. Unfortunately the tub drain does not plug well so I could not take a nice bath like I wanted to. The property had a few cosmetic defects, but overall it was a decent stay in a gated complex.
