The kitchen is fully stocked, and our place has free off-street parking and laundry facilities (parking & laundry are shared with the other unit in the duplex home).
The living area is a spacious open floor plan with a skylight to highlight the foosball table and bring together friends and family of all ages in friendly competition. We provide starter toiletries (usually sufficient for the entire stay), towels, linens, and even share our personal local favorites for a unique Atlanta experience. The host, Shannon, was very pleasant and welcoming. However, the place could use some updating. The living room, in particular, needs a new couch since it's not ideal for it to have tape on it. Additionally, the appliances are outdated and could use modernizing. The front steps appear to be unstable and could pose a safety risk. Despite these issues, the check-in process was excellent, and the hosts were very accommodating.
